passionate singer, vocal coach, and voice instructor

As a voice specialist, Talita Louzada works with passion and precision, focusing on the science and art of voice habilitation—including the assessment, care, and training of vocal function.

She has coached numerous recording artists, preparing them vocally for both studio sessions and live performances. As a versatile singer and instructor, she provides individualized training in contemporary music styles such as CCM, jazz, pop, rock, and musical theater. Originally from Brazil, Talita has a deep passion for Brazilian and Latin American music, having performed with a variety of ensembles over the years.

Talita holds a BA in Speech Pathology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Integrative Voice Training & Vocal Coaching from the Voice Study Center (CEV) in São Paulo, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy and Voice Science under the mentorship of world-renowned vocologist Mauro Fiuza. She has also studied with internationally recognized professionals including Jeanie LoVetri, Mara Behlau, Tays Vaiano, Glaucya Madazio, Deborah Feijó, Leonardo Lopes, Canadian soprano Cara Mcleud, as well as multi-award-winning Canadian soprano Frances Ginzer and bass-baritone Uwe Dambruch.

Students consistently describe Talita as warm, kind, and engaging. Her lessons are not only technically rich but also fun, inspiring, and memorable. She values building genuine connections, taking time to understand each singer’s unique voice, and guiding them toward their artistic and career goals. Many of her students view her not just as an exceptional vocal coach but as a lifelong mentor and friend.

Talita is a voice instructor at Prairie College in Three Hills, Alberta, and currently resides in Abbotsford, British Columbia, where she offers workshops and masterclasses for churches, community groups, choirs, universities, and schools. She is passionate about helping singers of all levels build healthy technique, confidence, and expressive freedom—empowering them to reach their full potential and express their hearts through their voices.
